We are looking for a dedicated Surfacing Supervisor to oversee essential projects that ensure the smooth running of our operations.
This is a permanent, on-site role where youll play a critical part in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, all while fostering collaboration and innovation.
As a Surfacing Supervisor, youll lead from the front, planning and directing your team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Your days will be varied, from managing resources and equipment to liaising with customers and ensuring that work is carried out in line with the highest quality standards Youll oversee site operations, ensuring that every aspect of the project is executed safely, on time, and within quality specifications.
Youll work closely with clients, ensuring their needs are met while continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve processes.
Youll manage materials and equipment, making sure everything is in place for efficient production and cost-effectiveness.
Youll ensure that all operations adhere to our stringent safety standards and that the team complies with company policies.
Who you are You have a proven track record in supervising site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to high standards.
You excel at forward planning, managing resources, and anticipating challenges to keep projects on track.
You take pride in developing your teams skills, preparing them to handle any situation, and fostering a positive work environment.
You have strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate smoothly with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
You prioritise safety and compliance, ensuring all site activities adhere to strict health, safety, and company policies.
