They specialise in helping individuals with dementia, learning disabilities, and other care needs live independently and with dignity in their own homes.
As they expand their services in the Camborne and Cornwall area, they are looking for a dedicated Care Manager to join their team.
Benefits: Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum Full-time position, Monday to Friday (office hours) On-call duties on a rota basis Opportunity for progression to Registered Manager Office-based role in Camborne Supportive work environment that values work-life balance Responsibilities: Oversee and manage care operations across Camborne and Cornwall, ensuring high standards of care delivery Build and support a compassionate and reliable care team Manage staff schedules, resources, and budgets to provide cost-effective care without compromising quality Step in for the Registered Manager when required and collaborate with HR and other departments Develop and implement strategies for new projects, set deadlines, and create workflows Ensure compliance with CQC standards and the Health and Social Care Act Maintain accurate records of all aspects of the service and keep senior management informed Requirements: NVQ Level 3/4 Diploma in Health and Social Care (working towards Level 5 is a plus) Proven experience in a similar role within health and social care Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Solid knowledge of CQC standards and health and social care regulations Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks Flexibility, empathy, and a commitment to going the extra mile when needed Administrative and IT skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role Candidates must have the right to work in the UK, provide references, and undergo a DBS check How to Apply:If you are a compassionate, caring, and reliable professional looking to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults, we'd love to hear from you.
