What could be more rewarding!You will need to live in Taunton or the surrounding areas as it will be important to understand the area and support people in the local community into sustainable paid employment.A Supported Employment Coordinator is responsible for assisting individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism in finding and maintaining paid employment.
Their primary role is to provide support, guidance, and advocacy to both job seekers and employers.We work with people from different paths in life, and if successful, you will manage a caseload and support them on a journey to where they want to be.
