Supported Accommodation Home Manager

Job Title : Supported Living Home Manager for 16-18 year olds  Salary : including 1 sleep per week is, Unqualified - £33,456, Qualified - £35,550 Location : Southport -PR9 We are looking to hire an experienced Supported Living Home Manager to join our client on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a group living home for 16-18 year olds.
As a Manager, you will be expected to work on the rota being 16 hours in rota with 1 sleep, 24 hours out of rota ,  40 hours per week.
The manager will oversee supported accommodation for 16-18 year olds.
The home will have up to 5 young people.
The set up is 5 self-contained flats and a 6 th flat for staff.
Job Purpose: -    To provide effective management to a home working with young people in a supported accommodation environment.  -    To ensure that all OFSTED, statutory and regulatory requirements are met or exceeded and to manage delivery of a consistent level of support, in line with the needs of each individual young person.  -    To actively promote the rights of each young person and to establish and maintain an environment which is proactively anti-oppressive and which acknowledges and values diversity.
-    To operate within the Policies and Procedures as defined.
Qualification is preferred but not essential.
Experience with under 18s is essential.
Driver is preferrable but not essential.
Whilst the role is based in Southport, they will be on a on call system which covers our homes in Sefton and Liverpool and training generally takes place near to our head office which is Prescot so it will be expected that they can travel when needed.
