Support Workers & Relief Support Workers

· Are you committed to making a difference to the lives of the people we support?· Do you have a have a positive attitude?· Are you committed to a person-centred approach?Then you could be Key!Due to the ongoing growth and development of our support services we are recruiting for a number of exciting job opportunities in Dunoon, within our new Short Breaks service.Working locally, you will join one of our teams delivering great quality individualised support to adults who have a variety of support needs, where every day is different in this challenging but rewarding role.Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service.
Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.Access to a car would be an advantage but not a requirement for the post.If you are caring, reliable, flexible and passionate about getting alongside people providing support to achieve the life they want then... you could be who we are looking for!Key provides excellent professional supervision, support and training, including access to the SVQ Framework and a chance to really make a difference to people's lives.Join us and make every day matter!
