Support Workers

P+S Care and Support are currently recruiting for Support Workers to provide support and care to adults with a variety of learning disabilities and Mental Health Difficulties.
Pay Scales - £12.50 - £18.00 per hour We provide support to a number of clients throughout the area and you will be working across all.
Our clients can have: * Learning Disabilities * Physical Disabilities * Mental Health Difficulties * Autism * Acquired Brain Injury * Sensory Impairment * Dementia * Drug and/or alcohol problems As a support worker your day can include: * Helping to support social activities * Day to day care with household chores * Promoting independence, * Encouraging support, companionship You will be supporting individuals to lead their lives the way they choose and as independently as possible.
