As a Support worker you will help people with disabilities or additional needs to live the life they choose, supporting with daily living skills, attending appointments, finding work and much more.You don't need previous experience or qualifications, just to care about people and to want to make a difference.
You will build meaningful and lasting relationships with the people you support.
You won't have to do short visits, as our sessions are always a minimum of 1 hour, with many being longer than this to make sure both you and our customers are fulfilled every day.In particular we are looking for car drivers with access to a vehicle due to support locations.
Support Workers need to be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the services which will include late/evening shifts, sleepovers and weekends.Appointment will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Certificate.
