These are very busy households with lots going on, so the days fly by with no two days being the same.
A typical early shift might involve supporting Olivia*with her personal care and getting ready for her day ahead.
This may include supporting with breakfast, washing her hair and administrating medication..
These bungalows have a lovely, family atmosphere.

Training and Development At Macintyre we fully support your training and development.
We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.
