Your Role: As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enabling individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
Your responsibilities will include: Person-Centred Care: Providing tailored support to individuals in their homes and the community.
Daily Assistance: Helping with daily tasks, personal care, and household duties.
Community Engagement: Encouraging social interactions, hobbies, and community participation.
Goal Support: Assisting individuals in achieving their personal aspirations and maintaining a high quality of life.
Effective Communication: Keeping detailed records and working collaboratively with the care team.
What We're Looking For: A car driver with access to a reliable vehicle.
A passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting vulnerable individuals.
Prior experience in care or support roles is an advantage but not essential—your compassion, patience, and dedication matter most!
Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
