You will be supporting people to work towards outcomes, enabling them to maintain independence.You will encourage and support people to engage in the local community, clubs, cinema, shows, days out, gym, pub lunches shopping, and activities of our personal choice.You will support a community within Wakefield itself, across several services there are long-standing friendships, and you will support to maintain these relationships.We will be closely working with new partnerships, exciting new prospects, and activities for the entire community to enjoy.
Cemetery Road is a supported living project where currently 2 lady with care and support needs resides.The property is a bungalow set on a quiet street, It has a large communal living space and a beautiful back garden The property is in the market town of Ryhill, there are regular buses linking the town with Barnsley, Wakefield, and surrounding towns.We live within a short walking distance from the local amenities, which include shops and a range of cafes, GP and sports centre.
