Description We are recruiting a team of Support Workers to care for our young client living in Little Bentley, Essex – near Colchester.
Our Client Our 6yo client's complex needs stem from their brain injury.
You will be assisting with his Cerebral Palsy and his medications via his PEG.
He is a playful, energetic boy, who accesses the community with his wheelchair.
He swims regularly, and we are looking to hire someone fun who can make each day as interactive as possible!
Shift availability Weekdays: 15:30 – 21:30.
Weekends: 08:00 – 20:00.
Ref: REGRBU Responsibilities To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures.
To confidently and clearly communicate with the client and using aids where necessary.
To show the client dignity and respect when providing personal care to the client.
To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided.
Requirements 6 months professional UK-based care experience.
