Job Description Support Worker, New South West Community Hub Ipswich £12 per hour (Real Living Wage!)
22.5 hours available between Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker who will role model our values and ensure the people we support to lead the life they choose.
We support adults with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.

As  Support Worker , your key responsibilities will include: Support people to live independently and complete day to day activities Actively advocating for people we support and their families Provide intimate personal care with dignity, according to individual needs Effective communication and building rapport   Safe administering of medication Your induction Leading Lives runs a 3 week induction programme: You will be met on your first day by your buddy and be supported through this.
Start date will be confirmed by the recruitment team further to a satisfactory enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks.
