Duties and responsibilities You will be working as a Senior Dialysis Nurse and will be responsible for the following duties; Undertake the role of the Nurse in Charge Occasionally deputise for the Clinic Manager Provide mentorship to the team Take ownership of the care programs for renal patients Perform patient assessments throughout treatment Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems Review pre and post- haemodialysis care with patients Participate in quality service improvement programs Who we're looking for Be NMC registered- your pin must not have any restrictions or conditions Eligibility to live and work in the UK At least 2 years UK experience as a Renal Dialysis Nurse is essential Post-registration clinical course in Renal Nursing (ENB 136 or equivalent) or working towards Mentorship/ Teaching Qualification highly desirable Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care Excellent communication skills Benefits: Employees are offered a competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to: 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays- increasing with length of service Competitive annual salary Excellent career progression and development opportunities Full supernumerary induction Extensive on-going training No night shifts or Sundays Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours Enhancements for evenings and Saturday working Holidays on Christmas and New Year's Day.
