She loves animals, going for drives, walking along the beach and meeting new people.
Diane uses her behaviour to communicate her needs and wishes, and is on the autistic spectrum.
At times, Diane's way of communicating can be a challenge for those supporting her.
We work together to build on her positive and alternative communication skills and find ways, using MacIntyre's Positive Behaviour Support framework, to improve the quality of her life.
You will work alongside an experienced Frontline Manager and Senior Support Worker.

Training and Development At Macintyre we fully support your training and development.
