You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.
One day you could be out with the people we support shopping in town, the next you could be unwinding with them watching films or going to the cinema.

This is why at this service our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, our Support Workers should ideally hold a full UK driving licence, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
