Who you'll be supporting & more about the role: Who will you be supporting?
We have 5 people living at Holmdale between the ages of 30 to 63 We support adults with profound physical and learning needs Staff are highly trained in the management of medication and clinical needs What is important to me?
We won the north west care awards as the best team north west We use a lot of sensory activities in house and enjoy walks and local theatre trips We enjoy singing and music We like to meet people and have day trips We like to be supported to meet out neighbours we are well known in our community We are fun and love to have people that make us smile in the home you will need to like cats Any other important information?
4 staffing the morning 3 in the afternoon and one waking and one sleeping at night We work long days and night shifts and sleep Ishifts You will be trained in complex medication and other clinical tasks such as peg , catheter and stoma Your values: We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
