As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Your daily responsibilities will include: Providing essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
Assisting customers during outings and appointments, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Promoting independence through our Person-Centred approach, helping individuals achieve their personal aspirations.
Keeping accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care.
What We're Looking For: Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
A creative and flexible approach to working with customers and their families.
Personal care experience is a plus, but not essential—your compassion and dedication are what truly matter!
