Support Worker

Stroud Care Services has over 25 years of experience in supporting individuals to maintain independence in their Residential and Supported Living homes, both in Stroud and Stonehouse locations.
We pride ourselves in our positive approach to individual support for each person, ensuring they are involved in their daily choices, to make certain they live a meaningful life, with opportunities, experiences, and independence.
We focus on individuals with Mental Health diagnosis and /or Learning Disability with any associated care needs, along with associated conditions.
The role will be varied and every day with new challenges and learning opportunities.
We are looking for proactive, friendly and dedicated Support Workers to join us.
These qualities ensure we can continue to offer a high level of care to all our residents.
The ideal candidates will be required to have the skills and knowledge and preferably experience of working within a similar setting, although this is not completely necessary as full training will be given, however our ideal candidate is always looking to learn and adapt to meet the needs of our clients.
We offer good rates of pay, various shift patterns are available, working every other weekend on a rolling 2 weekly shift pattern.
Full and Part time roles available.
A person-centred approach, respecting the individual(s) is paramount.
Roles available in both Stroud and Stonehouse houses.
