Join Our Team as a Complex Care Support Worker in Eastbourne!
We are looking for healthcare assistants and support staff to work across our clients in Eastbourne.
About the Role: As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in our clients' daily lives.
The ideal candidate with have experience that is suitable across all our Eastbourne clients.
This includes previous experience with Autism, Learning Difficulties, Seizure Management, PEG feeding, moving and handling, and personal care.
We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you're equipped to meet our client's needs confidently.
Our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will offer continuous support and guidance as you grow in your role.
Shift Pattern:  We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
Type: 2:1 Day Shifts Hours: Monday – Friday 15:00 – 21:00 Weekends 11:00 – 17:00 OR 12:00 – 18:00 Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and a willingness to travel.

REGAON Responsibilities Full personal care.
Medication administration through PEG.
Medication administration, including emergency seizure medication and use of VNS.
Knowledge and understanding of Autism.
Assist the client with moving and handling, including the use of equipment such as hoists.
Confident and clear communication with the client.
Management of the client's asthma.
Full support with nutrition and hydration needs, including PEG feeding.
Carefully understanding and following the client's care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
Prioritising the client's wellbeing, including raising any safeguarding concerns.
Requirements At least 6 months experience in a UK care environment.
Demonstrated experience with Complex Care clients.
A clean UK driver's licence is required.
