As a Social Care Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting these individuals, aiding in the development of crucial life skills and guiding them toward adulthood with compassion and dedication.

Assist with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, money handling, and participation in on and off-site activities.
Promote the young person's independence and overall well-being.
Contribute to exciting holiday trips, including beach outings, funfairs, adventure parks, meals out, cycling sessions, and more.
Requirements: Empathy, enthusiasm, compassion, mental, physical, and emotional resilience.
Minimum of 6 months experience working with children or within a similar Social Care setting.
Flexibility to undertake sleep-in duties.
Driver's license and access to own car is a must due to the rural location.
