You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.
One day you could be out with the people we support in local restaurants or work placements , the next you could be unwinding with them with internal activities, watching films or going to the cinema.

This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals with autism, complex individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
