A minimum of 12 months on your right to work A full UK drivers license and access to your own car is desirable but not essential A day in the life of a Support Worker In this role you will support young adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex behaviors to lead fulfilling and independent lives , this will include : Companionship - providing support, companionship, communication and engagement Personal care - supporting with a wash, bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
Meals - supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
Domestic tasks - light cleaning tasks.
Mobility - supporting the people we support to live as independently as possible.
Social activities - Accessing the community, weekly food shopping, social engagements and activities within their home or the service.
