As a Support Worker, you will: Help residents identify and achieve their personal goals and ambitions Provide practical and personal support in a caring, approachable, and person-centred manner.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver a safe, high-quality, and inclusive service.
Work flexible shifts, including early and late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, as part of a weekly rota.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine desire to support others in transforming their lives.
What you'll need: Ideally 6 months plus experience working in a care setting.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
Brilliant team work skills and ability to lone work also.
