Key responsibilities include: Building supportive, trusting relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals The Support Worker will be assisting clients with personal care, meal preparation, and daily living activities Supporting clients in participating in community activities and social events Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, holistic care Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as needed Staying current on best practices to ensure the highest standard of client care About You The ideal candidate for this role will: Hold an enhanced DBS check (on the update service) Have prior experience in residential care, supported living, or domiciliary care Possess relevant healthcare certifications Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for improving lives Schedule Flexible, with part-time opportunities available based on client needs.
