Package Description: We're hiring for a  Support Worker in   Bodmin We provide support to a number of people in the Bodmin area, in a variety of supported living settings; some people living in small groups of two or three, individuals living in their own home, and a setting for nine people taking the next step to independence, having moved into their own apartments.
The people we support are unique in their abilities, interests, preferences and needs.
As well as supporting people to develop their independent and daily living skills, we know you can bring your own experiences and skills to enhance people's abilities and interests, from music, gardening, playing pool, employment to help to achieve those personal aspirations each may have.
There is lots of variety and an great opportunity to find a role right for you to make a difference, providing support centred around each person.
Working in friendly teams you'll be supported in your role from day one.
A UK manual driving licence required.

Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships  To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support  Brandon Trust work alongside people of different ability so they are able to create opportunity and feel empowered to live the life they want .
All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service.
Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.
