Department: Estate Management Reports To: Fabric Maintenance Manager What you will be doing Carry out routine clearing of gutters and plant rooms disposing of redundant materials and waste.
Carry out seasonal winter maintenance through the clearance of snow and dispersing of ice.
Carry out general maintenance tasks, assembling furniture, erecting signs and any other general maintenance tasks.
