Kingdom Services Group is a market-leading and successful business.We are a collective team of passionate professionals providing people and technology driven service solutions to customers we can genuinely support.Kingdom is a key partner to Drax Power Station, Selby, YO8 and we would like to give you a fantastic opportunity to apply for a role with us as a Support Security Officer & Supervisor.To apply you must have a Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence & Supervisory experience.Hours: Average 40 hours per week including: 06:00 – 18:00 / 18:00 – 06:00 Days, Nights & Weekends, Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00 / 10:00 – 18:00.Salary: £12.91 - £14.41 per hour plus welcome bonus.Holidays: 28 Days.Welcome Bonus eligibility: If you have an SIA Door Supervisor Licence & Supervisory experience, we are offering a £250.00 welcome bonus, for anyone who joins our team and passes their 3-month probationary period.Responsibilities: Support the core team in covering varied security duties across the above shift patternsAct as Shift Supervisor during any period of core team Shift Supervisor holidays & absencesConduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.Conduct safety and security procedures, adhering to site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.Deal with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.Tasks vary greatly and include, but are not limited to, mobile patrols, foot patrols, gatehouse duties, vehicle searches.
