**About the Role** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Heath Farm School, part of Acorn Education.
As a member of our close-knit team, you will support our teachers in delivering high-quality education to students with varied and complex needs.
**Key Responsibilities** Supporting teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs Preparing classrooms and materials to ensure a stimulating learning environment Fostering positive relationships with students, promoting interaction and learning **Requirements** GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English Calm and engaging demeanor, with excellent communication skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Resilience and motivation to help students reach their full potential **What We Offer** A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with complex needs Ongoing professional development and training opportunities **Why Join Us?
