We are recruiting for two full time Support Practitioners offering 37 hours per week.
This role requires a flexible approach to shift patterns which cover, early and late shifts, sleepover and waken night shifts, weekends and public holidays via a team rota system.
Our ideal candidate will hold a full UK manual driving licence.
Don't hold a licence, that's ok we use public transport too.

About the service Set within the village of Kelty, the building benefits from a spacious communal lounge, kitchen area, that can be used for a variety of different activities, the service also has a separate Sensory room.
There are 3 individuals who each have their own complex needs including, but not limited to, impaired vision, hearing impairment, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, epilepsy and congenital rubella syndrome who have their own room within this purpose-built building.
Given the complexity of needs, each person's support package is bespoke to their individual needs.
Our team provide support in every element of their lives, with a focus on person-centred care which allows the individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
