Support Manager, Young Persons

Job Title: Support Manager  Location: Manchester - Services in Crumpsall, Arwick, Fallowfield  Salary: £27,144.00 36 hours per week  Shift Pattern: this role can be Monday to Friday  8am-5pm/6pm OR shifts over a 7 day rota 8am-2pm/2pm - 10pm Overtime and Sleeps £72 available  We are excited to be hiring for a Support Manager to join our client's services based in Manchester, Crumpsall, Ardwick and Fallowfield sites.
Supervising project workers in supported living who assist in all the core tasks within the remit of the support to provide for the physical, health, emotional and social needs of the people supported, and in assisting them to fulfil the aims of their individual care plan.
Providing support for children and young people in their transition to independent living.
Excellent training provided!!!
Main duties: To support and manage the staff team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.
Have experience of supervising staff and mentoring staff.
Completing audits.
MUST have QCF L3/4 in Children and Young People or equivalent Need to have worked in an Ofsted setting - children Two years experience working with children/ young people Have experienced challenging young people Strong knowledge around Ofsted regulations Ideally hold full Uk drivers license   If this is of interest to you, APPLY TODAY!
