We're on the hunt for a dedicated Support Technician to join our team, focusing on Software License Management activities for our esteemed customer.
Manage Software Licenses: You'll be at the forefront of processing software license request tickets for specific software packages, ensuring our customer users have the tools they need to succeed.
· Utilise our customer's ordering system (Coupa) to process approved software license requests efficiently.
· Ensure Security Compliance: Work closely with the Security team to consult the repository of authorized software and validate requests, ensuring compliance and security standards are met.
· Your insights will be valuable in proposing improvements to the license management processes, streamlining our operations for better efficiency.
· License Renewal Management: Take charge of following up on the renewal of specific licenses, ensuring continuous access to essential software.
Local Presence: Ability to be onsite at our customer's office in Stevenage 3 days a week.
· Required for Security Clearance (SC) application, ensuring you're ready to handle sensitive information.
· A Drive to Learn: No specific licence management training?
IAITAM CSAM training will be provided, equipping you with the knowledge needed to excel in software asset management.
