Support Care Worker - Colchester, Essex (CM4) We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Colchester, Essex (CM4) No experience is needed just a can-do attitude!
We will ensure you receive all the required training to become a valued member of our team.
Location: Colchester, Essex Salary: £12.38 per hour Hours: Full-Time, Part-Time & Relief A full UK or European driving licence is preferred but not essential Are you looking for a meaningful role with job security and a regular paycheck?

What This Role is All About As a Support Worker, you'll work closely with adults with learning disabilities, helping them live more independently and achieve personal goals—big or small.
Your days will be varied and rewarding, from assisting with daily activities to creating fun, innovative ways to support each person in reaching their own potential.
You could be helping someone plan a budget, support them in pursuing a new hobby, or accompany them on a community outing.
Every person is unique, and so is the support you'll provide!
