GSL Education are seeking experienced and dynamic Supply Teachers to join schools in Wimborne .

As a Supply Teacher , you will step into classrooms, deliver engaging lessons, and ensure students continue their learning journey in the absence of their regular teachers.
Your role will vary from day-to-day, depending on the needs of the school.
You will be expected to follow lesson plans, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure a positive learning environment as a Supply Teacher .
The flexibility of the role allows you to gain experience in different schools across Wimborne , contributing to the learning and development of students in a range of subject areas.
Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher: Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure that students stay engaged and on-task.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Provide feedback on student progress and report any issues or concerns to the school leadership team.
Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and other non-classroom activities.
Maintain consistency and continuity in students' learning by following the lesson plans provided.
Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure that the needs of all students are met.
Support the school in upholding its policies and procedures.
What We Need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a similar field.
Strong classroom management skills.
Experience teaching a variety of subjects and age groups as a Supply Teacher is desirable.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
