In this role, you will be instrumental in driving Raylo.com's accelerated growth by strategically building a comprehensive supply of great devices to the marketplace. Your role will involve cultivating and optimising existing OEM relationships and securing optimal pricing, inventory, and marketing support for Raylo.com. You will also identify and establish high-potential new OEMs and/or categories. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to help build our OEM engagement, sales and growth strategy, positioning Raylo.com for accelerated subscriber growth within the consumer and SMB segments.
What you'll do… Nurture and optimise existing relationships with OEMs & Distis (e.g. Westcoast, Ingram, and TD Synnex)Strategically manage and enhance our current partnerships with OEMsLeverage already established relationships to optimise stock availability, secure competitive pricing and obtain marketing support for Raylo.comConduct regular meetings with partners, providing comprehensive performance metrics and market insights to maintain transparency and foster long-term collaborationBuild and maintain strong relationships with new OEMsDevelop and execute a strategic outreach plan to identify and engage with potential OEMs.Promote the benefits of the Raylo model and Raylo.com marketplace.Leverage the new relationships to optimise stock availability, secure competitive pricing and obtain marketing support for Raylo.comCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic business goalsWork in collaboration with our Supply Chain, Marketing & Strategy teams to align sales strategies with wider business objectivesProvide regular feedback and updates to relevant teams to ensure visibility and alignment on strategic objectivesAssist the cross-functional teams to optimise pricing and stock availability for product launches, refreshes and category expansionsWho You Are Experienced Sales & Partnerships Leader: With 10+ years in Sales and Partnerships in the UK, you have a proven ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with large organisationsStrategic Visionary: Your background in electronics equips you with a valuable network of potential prospects and partners and has provided you with the insights required to navigate complex relationships and drive high-value partnershipsSharp: With a degree from a top university, you bring analytical rigour and data-driven thinking to prioritise and optimise opportunitiesSelf-Starter: With experience in high-growth environments, you are capable of taking initiative and making things happen independentlyGreat Communicator: You're able to clearly communicate with varying levels of both internal and external stakeholdersPassionate About Circularity: You're excited about an opportunity that's right at the start of a super-cycle of more sustainable circular consumptionWe're not looking for you to meet every point on this job description, please still get in touch if you think you could add value and do your best work here at Raylo.
