This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role implementing the capabilities that will underpin the realisation of our vison for Integrated Business Planning at GSK.
As the Supply Chain Planning Transformation Implementation Lead, you will provide programme leadership for the implementation of our new planning processes and capabilities with the new planning system OMP at the core.
The role will lead a team (directly and across the functional matrix) accountable to oversee the programme delivering the implementation readiness, implementation execution and sustained adoption of SCT processes and capabilities across supply and demand: Creation, ownership and delivery for the OMP implementation plan, ensuring the implementation plan is aligned with the Design and Build team, data readiness, Tech, and the SCT global implementation leads Ensure that the supply chain is ready for implementation of new processes and capabilities through Programme governance including ownership of the SCLT Business Readiness Forum, change impact assessments (e.g.
ensure all business aspects are ready for Go Live), and through management and of programme risks Ensuring resource plans are aligned and in place across Programme, Business, Tech and Partners to deliver the core phases of implementation including testing, dry run, go-live and hypercare Deliver the implementation of new processes and capabilities across the supply chain, acting as change champion and connecting across experts to ensure Go Live and post Go Live success This is a high-profile role and will need to influence and onboard a wide range of senior stakeholders within Supply Chain and from the Operations (Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial).
The role and team must engage across Programme work stream teams to deliver the committed business benefits of the overall SCT plan.
The deployments that are assigned may be varied across Vaccines, Specialty and General Medicines and along the supply chain, but the same principles of implementation should be applied.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure new processes and capabilities are ready for implementation Partner closely with Tech teams in all aspects of implementation Ensure capabilities are reliable and fully ready for implementation, partnering with Tech Ensure business is ready for the implementation of new capabilities Ensure that all requirements are in place for a successful Go Live; any risks are identified and mitigated actions in place Ensure that all requirements for go-live are defined, resourced, tracked and signed off in readiness for Go Live.
These requirements including, but not limited to, master data, transactional data, technology testing, process design and documentation, user awareness, user onboarding, user training, go live and post go-live support are assessed and have action plans in place and tracked to support successful go live of new capabilities (process, tools, roles etc) Oversee hyper care period and support requirements to exit to ensure transition successfully to business-as-usual support Ensure partner teams (commercial, finance, manufacturing, quality) are aware, onboarded and trained sufficiently to deploy new capabilities Implement new processes and capabilities across all impact scope Input to the detailed implementation roadmap, working up the detail, including resource requirements, milestones - readiness, change action plans, comms, training plans, mitigation actions and other key activities as needed Act as change champion with stakeholders for all new roles, processes, and technology solutions Ensure agreed capabilities are successfully deployed according to the agreed deployment plan milestones, KPIs, budgets and interdependencies for each wave/implementation Monitor user adoption of the new capabilities and develop KPIs to support ongoing usage monitoring and action Review success and learning from implementation to improve future waves of deployment Leadership Contribution Create a supportive, ambitious, and empowering atmosphere for the Implementation Team Lead an Implementation Team, supporting individual development, allocation of tasks, target and priority setting, issue resolution.
Work closely with the Work Stream Leads, other Implementation Leads and Tech to ensure success of the overall SCT Maintain strong and supportive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders Model GSK Behaviours with an enterprise mindset as a senior leader working across GSK and lead by example, working successfully with different cultures and in different business areas Why you?
Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Substantial experience in planning process and tools, supply chain/operations.
