Supply Chain Officer Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Supply Chain Officer to work for our client based at their office in Whittlesey.
Responsibilities include: Liaise with customers around queries that may effective the smooth operation of the warehouse and support with a can do attitude to find solutions.
Liaise with the transport department on orders that require processing through the warehouse.
Ensuring all detail is understood and information given to the warehouse.
Process any orders, ensuring the appropriate paperwork is handed to the Warehouse Team in order for them to assemble and load the orders on the appropriate vehicle Liaise with the transport department around stock trailers and advise the warehouse team on what needs to be unloaded and when.
Support the warehouse team by liaising with transport on returns/rejections coming back to the warehouse so stock management can be maintained.
Support the warehouse team with weekly stock takes ensuring all relevant paperwork is provided and produced to support with a clean process.
Support the Warehouse Manager with investigations into deviations against process or customer SLAs.
Provide data and evidence to support with this.
Support the warehouse team with any ongoing projects.
Play an active role in supporting with continuous improvement.
Processing of weekly invoices for storage charges to customers.
Ensure data is accurate and invoices raised in a timely matter.
Report and maintain weekly warehouse KPIs.
Ensure that paper records and other backed-up information is filed accurately where required unless otherwise archived electronically to enable easy retrieval when required Support the warehouse team to maintain equipment and fabrication and be proactive in helping to resolve issues.
Support the Warehouse Team to remain compliant in line with BRCGS S&D standards.
To carry out any other duties as reasonable requested by Members of the Management Team.
Key Skills/Attributes: Supply Chain/Warehouse Admin experience.
Can do/flexible attitude.
Good problem solver.
Experience in all elements as mentioned above.
Microsoft software experience and dealing with databases.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am 5pm.
Must be able to work 1 in 3 Sundays (this will be paid at overtime) 125% Pay rate: £32,000PA Please applyfor full details.
