Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager Ballymena SEDA Talent are recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to join the team at a Multi- National FMCG business in Ballymena.
As a member of the site senior team the post is accountable for steering supply chain strategy and managing the 24/7 supply chain operations at the site.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and direct the site intake, despatch and stores teams with clear objectives / accountabilities so as to provide effective support to the business through high performing teams.
Delivering the site budget Analyse sales forecasts against plant capacity and support the plant to succeed.
Procurement of all raw materials and packaging to meet the demands of production Ensure a structured approach to OPEX is in place across the Supply Chain Departments, ensuring that all teams use the appropriate tools and techniques Work with Technical, Production Management and customers to ensure product mix/SKUs are right for the factory The Ideal Candidate Proven senior management and leadership experience within a Supply Chain environment within the FMCG manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing experience Capacity Planning/Modelling Commercial awareness This role requires an onsite presence and comes with a competitive salary & benefits package.
