As a Supply Chain Manager , you willbe responsible for managing the supply chain for Warner hotels.
Ensuring timely delivery of all products andmitigating any potential issues.
You will optimise the process from procurementof F & B and non-consumables through to delivery of final products.
What will you be doing?
Supply Chain Strategy: Developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
Vendor Management: Identify and negotiating with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery of goods.
Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and implementing inventory control measures.
Logistics Coordination: Overseeing logistics and transportation to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of products.
Data Analysis: Analysing supply chain performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with procurement, production, sales, and finance teams to optimise processes and address any supply chain issues.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing mitigation strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Leading initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
Team Leadership: Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
What are welooking for?
Proficiency in data analytics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience in communicating to a wide variety of teams Awareness of industry trends and market dynamics.
Knowledge of inventory control techniques, demand forecasting, and inventory optimisation methods.
Familiarity with logistics operations, shipping methods, and transportation management Demonstration of understanding of potential risks in the supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Awareness of relevant technologies such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supply chain management software, and automation tools that enhance efficiency.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
You willalso be an effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levelsand be able to demonstrate excellent team player attributes.
