This is a full time in person role at our office in Derby.

Responsibilities Manage supplier relationships, contracts and supply chain risks Manage procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory and stores operations to achieve cost effective and efficient performance Lead, train and mentor the warehouse operative, fostering a high performance and safety focused environment, encourage continual professional development and skills efficiency among team members Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements Ability to add value by pro actively pursuing improvements and efficiencies which engage others Partner with sales, marketing and finance team to forecast demand and best plan supply chain activities Qualifications Detail oriented, a perfectionist
Exceptional communication, and inter personal skills
Confident and capable of independent decision making with minimal supervision
Strong organisational skills with a flexible approach to tasks
Ability to adapt and remain calm under pressure
A strong structured approach to problem solving
An ability to build very strong relationships with external suppliers/manufacturers
Flexible and a willingness to travel (including internationally) when necessary to ensure the success of your role
