About The Opportunity: We now have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Development Officer to join our existing Supply Chain Development Team.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Development Manager, you will support the Supply Chain Development Team in delivering and governing consistency of initiatives / projects / standards relating to regulatory compliance, commercial value and customer service.Your responsibilities will include supporting the communication and implementation of best practice approaches and consistency of standards across the wholesale network.
Additionally, you will be involved in other initiatives, reviewing and recommending process improvements and coaching members of the wholesale network to deliver the required capabilities to follow best practice standards and approaches.
Who We Want: You will have previous experience with project management frameworks, warehouse design, operational methodologies and governance techniques as well as the ability to role model personal leadership.
You will have demonstrable experience in a field-based role, ideally in a warehouse/pharmaceutical industry.
