Job DescriptionContract Support:Assist in managing the open book 3PL distribution contract, focusing on maximizing service and controlling costs.Ensure contract terms are met and aligned with GK's strategic goals.
KPI Management & Performance Optimisation: Oversee daily KPIs within the 3PL operation.Ensure adherence to contract parameters and performance standards.Manage MPG performance and enhance driver efficiency to reduce costs related to fuel, vehicle wear, and damage.Event Planning:Coordinate the planning and delivery of new menus and key events, such as Christmas, ensuring timely and accurate execution.Oversee recycling collection in line with schedules.Ensure brand swaps and investments are executed on time and within budget.Query Management:Handle daily queries related to food, drink, and GNFR distribution.Analyse trends and issues to implement effective solutions with a pub-first approach.
Project Support:Lead key projects within the Supply Chain, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining service quality.
Trade Channel Support:Collaborate with trade channels to support growth and innovation initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field / experience in lieu thereofFMCG Multi-temp Supply chain experience.Strong understanding of supply chain operations and performance management.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowlegde of supply chain management software and using Excel to drive informed decision making.
