In this pivotal role, you'll work alongside an expert supply chain team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
You'll build strong relationships with customers and third-party logistics partners, while also supporting the team with forecasting, administrative tasks, and office management.

What you'll do: Process customer and sample orders using SAP, ensuring precision and efficiency.
Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery of goods.
Resolve delivery and supply chain queries with a customer-focused approach.
Support the wider team with purchase orders, meeting coordination, and more.
Assist in maintaining office facilities and handling ad hoc projects.
What you'll bring: Strong organisational and communication skills with a "can-do" attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (SAP/EDI experience is a plus).
Previous experience in customer service or supply chain support.
An analytical mindset and the ability to solve logistical challenges effectively.
