Teaching Personnel are working with a number of SEN schools in and across the New Milton area and are currently in need of Supply Teachers. We are looking for adaptable Teachers who can support with a variety of needs including, Behaviour, Autism, Complex needs, PMLD and more. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons Must be adaptable to work with both primary and secondary ages and work with a variety of needs Use a range of teaching methods and resources to connect with students who may face barriers in traditional educational settings.
Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, fostering a safe and encouraging classroom environment.
Track and monitor pupil progress, adapting learning approaches as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and support teams to ensure a holistic approach to each pupil's development.
Candidate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
Experience in an Alternative Provision or SEN setting is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to connect with and motivate students.
Resilience, patience, and creativity in supporting students with diverse needs.
Must hold a valid driving license and have access to reliable transport.
