As a result of growth, they are looking to recruit a Supplier Relationship Manager to join their busy team focusing across predominantly IT suppliers, but there will also be a focus across general services.
The role will have a heavy focus across strategic management across tier 1 vendors, working closely with both the internal and external customer.
The role reports into the Head of Supplier Management and will also have responsibilities to manage a Supplier Analyst.
They are currently operating a hybrid working model, where the successful candidate will need to be in one of the offices listed above for 2 days a week.

Role & Responsibilities Work closely with the Head of Supplier Management, as well as manage another junior member of the team Ensure alignment between the business and the suppliers on Business Strategy in order to maximise the value of the relationship Be the voice of the Supplier, as appropriate, within the businesses and departments Nurture company-wide productive relationships at all levels and across different subject matter interest groups and build relationships across the Group, with a view to leveraging best practice Ensure operational compliance against risk control frameworks managed by the business and covered under contract Management and enhancement of the control environment for long standing partners, particularly around Compliance, Data Privacy and Security Experience & Requirements Experience of working in a similar role within a large, complex organisation Demonstrable experience within end-to-end best practice Supplier Relationship Management with internal and external vendors Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands and prioritise ability to present strategic and operational activities in a way that is accessible to multiple audiences (including C-suite)
