Superyacht And Private Aviation Lawyer

Our client, an international law firm, is seeking to recruit a lawyer specialising in superyacht and private aviation financing to join their market-leading yachts team based in London.
This role involves acting for banks and borrowers on superyacht and aviation financing, including drafting and negotiating term sheets, loan documentation, build / sale, and purchase documentation, and many more.
Our client can be flexible on PQE but would expect candidates to have at least one year of post-qualification experience from a recognised shipping or asset finance practice.
The role requires an excellent academic background and a stable career record.
