£24,.44 SCP7 (£11.56/hour) Norse Commercial Services is working in partnership with our clients to deliver a comprehensive range of first-class caretaking and cleaning services across the local areas.
We are looking to recruit a Supervisor on a full time basis, you'll be required to work 37 hours per week.
In this role you will carry out a range of duties which include; Duties To undertake a wide range of tasks including Erection and dismantling of parasols, trestle tables and lighting as required, litter picking, bin emptying, cleansing of the area, winter maintenance duties and driving vehicles Travel across designated sites which and act as first point of contact on site for colleagues.
Organisation and monitoring of staff under their control to ensure attendance, cover for absence through sickness and holidays etc and achievement of relevant cleaning standards To work as a team and ensure colleagues remain motivated Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and targets / deadlines are being met.
Be responsible for the general maintenance both internally and externally of the premises ensuring it is a safe environment for staff, service users and visitors Ensuring all equipment is in a safe and working condition and undertake minor repairs and maintenance to premises and equipment when required in line with Norse Health and Safety requirements/reporting to manager where appropriate Driving license required as needs to be able to drive company vehicles including operating a tail lift, you are expected to travel between the sites, the travel between the sites is covered within the hours Shifts Barnsley Outdoor Markets - Tues,Weds,Fri,Sat (4.30am-7.30am and 4.30pm-7.30pm) Wombwell Outdoor Markets - Tues, Fri, Sat, (7.30am-8.30am 2.30pm-4.30pm) Goldthorpe Outdoor Markets - Thurs only (6.30am-8.30am 2.30pm-4.30pm) Our Offer: Alongside the opportunity to undertake full training for the role, we offer annual leave entitlement, pension scheme and sickness scheme for all our staff.
