Join us on our mission to protect health and well-being in a safe, responsible, and sustainable way.Position Purpose:The Supervisor Inside Sales represents the overall interests of the company and sales team and assists the Sr Manager Inside Sales in the planning, administration, monitoring and optimizing the performance of the Inside Sales department.
Responsible for positively promoting the organisation to its customers and prospects at a national level.
Embraces the Vision, Mission and Values of Shred-it.Key Job Activities:Leading a team to making a high volume of outbound calls on behalf of the business daily.
Respond to and target prospects through tele-sales activities.
Create/follow-up prospect lists based on SAP, direct mail campaigns, online and other marketing leads and vertical or specific market segments determined by the Sr Manager.
Complete and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Meet/exceed productivity and activity targets set out in annual Performance Agreement.
Provide daily input to the UK Sales force including through opportunity identification and lead generation.
Ensuring that daily work schedules for Inside Sales Executives are prepared and distributed.
Motivating and inspiring team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Exceeding and meeting departmental objectives, including conversion targets, and lead generation.
Monitoring, organizing, and coaching team on a day-to-day basis.
Striving for new ways continually, to increase the opportunities of sales.
Handling escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary.
Carrying out 1 – 1's and actively participating in the monthly and weekly meetings.
Documenting general reports on each team member's performance and targets as well as ensuring that they exceed the targets.
Involved in every decision made on recruitment for the team.
Final decision made in conjunction with the Senior Manager, with team leader having lead role.
Training – new starter training schedule, SAP, Salesforce, sales, additional systems training.
Ongoing supplementals training provided in conjunction with the Senior Manager.
Investigations – potential OEC cases, or general misconduct to be investigated and referred to hearing manager if required.
PIP & probation planning.Education:Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.Experience (EMEAA):2-4 years of management experience preferred.
Good time management skills.

Computer literate.
Strong knowledge of tele sales techniques and processes.
Exceptional analytical and listening skills.
Ability to operate well in a busy tele sales environment.
Keenness and flexibility to work extended hours.
Natural flair for coaching, motivating, and interacting with people.
Management or supervisory aptitude.
Knowledge of appointment marking/Telemarketing Proven ability to work on different campaigns with ability to adjust easily.
Coaching and mentoring experience preferred.
Proficiency of Salesforce data system preferred.
Proven experience of working with a competitive target driven Sales team Familiarity with voice-logging systems and tools preferred but not essential.
