What is Bundo?
Bundobust started in 2013 as a collaboration between modern Indian fine dining restaurant Prashad, and Bradford craft beer café The Sparrow, with the aim of showcasing the best vibrant Indian food to new audiences and serving it with boundary-pushing drinks.
As a collaboration with strong family-links, we appreciate the importance of collaboration, nurturing relationships, and a strong family ethos.
Bundobust is a family and we have a common goal of sharing our food and beer with as many guests, towns and cities as possible.
