We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our FM team based on site in Essex.

Location : On site - Essex Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be working within the Facilities team, supporting them in Maintenance tasks across the site.
Your day to day will include: Manage Kier engineers & subcontractors Manage Reactive, PPM & Quote works Ensure 5 SHEW Basics are actioned & followed Develop the engineers to ensure that they have the correct skill set to tackle the first line reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks required within the responsible area Ensure that all engineers are appropriately qualified, are aware of the risks and controls required for their tasks and take all practicable course of action to ensure a safe working environment Ensure that the asset base is accurate within responsible area and maintained in suitable format for the required CAFM system.

Due to the nature of this role and the nature of the work at this site, you will be required to complete a Government Security Check (SC) Clearance, which takes place before your employment, and is conducted by the Cabinet Office's United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) agency who set out a pre-requisite criteria including residency history.
