Supervisor

Ringway Infrastructure Services is seeking a Supervisor to join out Bracknell team and oversee highway maintenance activities as part of our Highways Term Maintenance Contract.This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, supporting our local authority clients, and maintaining over 50,000 km of the UK's highways network.Key Responsibilities:Supervise operatives performing routine highway maintenance works.Manage the Winter Gritting Service.Order materials and plant for scheduled works.Participate in the out-of-hours call-out supervision rota.Collaborate with other supervisors to deliver a range of highway services.Undertake both day and night work as required to meet operational needs.About You:We're looking for a motivated individual with:A valid driving license (essential).Experience working on local authority highway contracts (preferred but not essential).Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively.A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality services.If you're ready to step into a supervisory role within a leading highways maintenance team, we'd love to hear from you!Note to Recruitment Agencies: We kindly request no speculative CV submissions or offers of assistance with this vacancy.
